2009 was a great year of recovery for the Calgary Real Estate market. On average, detached homes appreciated by 8% year/year; condominiums by 5%. Thank-you to all of my Clients for their continued patronage; it was a strong year for my business in that I received the RE/MAX Platinum Award, MLS Million Dollar Club Award and was a Top-100 RE/MAX Agent in Western Canada. 2010 will be a year of positive sales trending; it is a good time to buy and/or sell.
